For centuries, humans have sought a space for listening, silence, and harmony in nature. At Villa Gregoriana-Bene FAI in Tivoli (RM), amidst the power of water, the lush vegetation, and the evocative Valle dell'Inferno, yoga becomes an opportunity to reconnect with oneself and the surrounding environment.
The practices will be led by Agnese Sabucci, a Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, who also specializes in Yoga for children and parent-child yoga, Yoga Nidra, Flying Yoga, and disciplines related to Ayurvedic and Thai traditions.
