With the arrival of summer, the Reggia di Venaria Reale (Venaria Reale, Turin) and its splendid Gardens transform and shine in a new light. From July 31 to September 5, 2026, every Friday and Saturday evening, the complex extends its opening hours until 11:00 PM, welcoming visitors with a special ticket and a rich program of shows, music, and enchanting visions.
It will be a unique opportunity to rediscover the Baroque masterpieces of the exhibition route by night-such as the grandiose Great Gallery, the Hall of Diana, and the Chapel of Sant'Uberto-and to visit the current exhibitions in an intimate and evocative atmosphere.
A journey through art, music, and nature
The magic of the event spreads especially in the Gardens, where the evening comes to life starting at sunset. It all begins at 7:30 PM in the Parco Basso (between the Potager Royal and the Fountain of Hercules) with engaging dance performances that, on occasion, will see the audience become an active participant.
From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the Cascina Medici del Vascello becomes the beating heart of the fun with the Feste in Cascina (Feasts in the Farmhouse). Featuring DJ sets and live music, the evenings will span a wide range of rhythms: from the warmth of Flamenco and Tango to the tradition of Pizzica and Tarantella, to the vintage atmosphere of Lindy Hop and Techno sounds. All this while relaxing with a sunset aperitif in the heart of the greenery.
For those who want to fully experience the event, there's the option of a charming evening picnic in the Parco Basso: you can bring your own picnic dinner or choose one of the box lunches prepared by Cascina Medici.
Soft-lit Emotions
As dusk falls, the atmosphere becomes even more intimate and fairytale-like. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, strolling through the Flower Garden, you can be enchanted by the beauty of nature illuminated by the soft light of 5,000 candles.
Closing out these summer nights in style will be the spectacular Water Theater of the Deer Fountain at 11:00 PM in the Court of Honor, a perfect combination of music and water features.
