On Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., ''The Buzzing Garden: Discovering the Beehive'' will kick off at the Catania Botanical Garden with '' Officine Botaniche,'' a new series of workshops for children-curated by Officine Culturali-dedicated to the natural world!
Along the paths of the University of Catania's green museum, children will embark on an adventure to discover the fascinating world of bees. Starting with a visit to the educational hive, they will be involved in an engaging and fun activity combining observation, play, and sensory stimulation. Like little explorers, they will immerse themselves in a surprising society made up of roles, rules, and cooperative strategies, discovering firsthand the lives of bees and their fundamental role in the environment, amidst curiosity and countless discoveries.
The workshop, organized by Officine Culturali, is open to boys and girls only. The activity is intended for children ages 5-10, and reservations are required by purchasing the online ticket.
