With the arrival of spring, the Gardens of the Royal Palace of Venaria Reale (Venaria Reale, Turin) once again abound with colors and scents in an explosion of natural beauty. The cherry trees, along with the blossoming pear and apple trees, offer a unique spectacle, among the most evocative in Europe.
After the resounding success of the 2025 edition-with over 105,000 visitors in just two weeks-the Palace is once again celebrating the return of pink petals with ''In the Shadow of the Blossoming Cherry Trees,'' a rich program of events dedicated to nature, music, entertainment, and conviviality.
🌸 An unmissable new feature: Evenings under the Cherry Trees
In addition to daytime visits, ''An Evening under the Blossoming Cherry Trees'' is now available, with special evening openings for a completely new experience: strolling among hundreds of illuminated cherry trees in the dark, in an intimate and magical atmosphere.
The lights will illuminate the blossoms, reminiscent of the evocative Japanese yozakura, the traditional nocturnal viewing of the cherry blossoms, making this event unique in Italy.
From the light of day to the colors of sunset, to the serene silence of evening, the public will be immersed in an ever-changing landscape, amidst veritable pink clouds.
🌸 Japanese Culture and Tradition
In collaboration with the MAO - Museum of Oriental Art of Turin, on Saturday, March 21st and Sunday, March 22nd, the Gardens will host events inspired by Japanese cultural tradition, reinterpreted in a contemporary key. The cherry blossoms thus become an opportunity to meet, listen, and engage with the landscape and the present.
Admission by reservation, limited seating.
