After the winter months, when the days begin to lengthen and the light returns, Carnival invites us to look at the world with new eyes. The colors light up, the imagination awakens, and Villa Panza opens its doors to a special experience dedicated to the little ones.
The activity, part of the Panza Kids program and aimed at boys and girls aged 5 to 8, begins with a Carnival-themed illustrated reading, then continues with an exploration of the museum's rooms. A journey through light, shapes, and colors, discovering the works of the Panza collection, capable of stimulating observation and wonder.
The suggestions gathered during the visit become the starting point for the final creative workshop, dedicated to the creation of a colorful mask to take home and wear, experiencing Carnival through the colors of Villa Panza. - Walk through the work!
Sunday, March 15
11:30 am and 3:30 pm
In the garden of Villa Panza, there is a greenhouse that, thanks to the intervention of artist Sean Scully, has become a work of art. When sunlight passes through the twenty-seven stained-glass windows, the space is transformed into a kaleidoscope of colors. Even looking from the inside out becomes a surprising experience, capable of changing our perspective on the world.
Starting with this and other works from the Panza collection, the tour invites children and families to ''pass through'' art, testing their perception through a continuous interplay of light and color. At the end of the visit, the educational workshop will allow participants to create a creative artifact inspired by the emotions and stimuli gathered, to take home as a memento of their experience at Villa Panza.
