Join us at the ''Photography and Environmental Ethics Workshop,'' scheduled for Saturday, December 6th to Monday, December 8th at OCA - Oasy Contemporary Art and Architecture (San Marcello, PT):
In the heart of Tuscany, Pietro Bartoli, an environmental hiking guide and nature photographer certified by the Tuscany Region, will lead participants on an immersive experience dedicated to observing and documenting winter wildlife. In the essential quiet of the Pistoia Apennines, animals face the most challenging season, leaving behind traces, behaviors, and survival strategies that offer photographers valuable insights.
The workshop takes place in a 1,000-hectare WWF nature reserve, rich in ungulates, predators, and diverse birdlife.
The initiative is part of an environmental education program aimed at promoting awareness, respect, and sensitivity towards wildlife.
The workshop is open to everyone: from beginners to experienced photographers. It will be an intense yet accessible experience, learning to observe and photograph wildlife ethically and respectfully. It's also an excellent opportunity to have fun and connect with like-minded enthusiasts.
