The Giardino Giusti in Verona presents ''The Principle is Relationship,'' a site-specific work by emerging artist Francesca Biancato.
Drawing on the profound identity of the garden's historic Grotta degli Specchi, the artist has created a work that reveals its essence ''as a place of connection and reconciliation.'' Biancato invites us to reflect on the garden as an entity of memory, encounter, and life-the three fundamental abstractions reflected in our connection with others, ourselves, and the world.
The installation unfolds in the cave, echoing the original ''illusory game'' of the Grotta degli Specchi, but with a broader vision. Through the skillful use of reflective material, the work presents the viewer with the multidimensionality of relationships, uniting ''multiple perspectives in a single vision.''
The installation will be open to the public from October 15th to 18th as part of the Giusti Garden's guided tour.
