On Sunday, September 21st and Monday, September 22nd, ISCHIA SAFARI returns to the Negombo Hydrothermal Park, a journey of flavor led by over 40 professional chefs, pizza makers, and pastry chefs.
The project, conceived by Chefs Nino di Costanzo and Pasquale Palamaro, aims to shine a spotlight on the excellence of Campania's food and wine at the national level, also celebrated by the region's record for being awarded the famous Michelin stars. Two friends, two chefs with a shared attachment to the island of Ischia, where they were born, raised, and paid homage to their homeland through their passion: cooking.
The two-day event between land and sea, between stars and cuisine, begins on Sunday, September 21st at 7:30 pm at the Sporting del Regina Isabella restaurant, where several Michelin-starred chefs will collaborate to create an exclusive menu for a socially beneficial event. They will prepare a dynamic gourmet dinner in the stunning setting of L'Albergo della Regina Isabella, by the sea and under an enchanting blanket of stars.
Ischia Safari continues on Monday, September 22nd at 7:30 PM at Parco Termale Negombo with performances by over 200 professionals, including Chefs, Pizza Chefs, and Master Pastry Chefs, in the evocative setting of a thermal park of over 9 hectares nestled in the splendid Bay of San Montano: Negombo.
The park's current appearance owes much to the passionate work of landscape architect Ermanno Casasco. His commitment was to create a garden deeply rooted in the ancient culture of the area, full of surprises and unexpected solutions.
