◈ 10:00: arrival, presentations and introduction to the activity
◈ 10:30: excursion in the woods with Forest Bathing practices and theoretical lessons formative
◈ 1:00 pm: packed lunch
◈ 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm: hike in the woods with Forest Bathing practices and theoretical formative lessons
EQUIPMENT TO BRING
Packed lunch, backpack, trekking shoes, warm technical clothing for trekking (dress in layers), windbreaker, hat, 1-liter water bottle or thermos, snacks, notebook with pen, something to sit on the ground without getting wet or dirty. Wear comfortable and warm clothing appropriate for the season.
ROUTE CHARACTERISTICS
Medium difficulty. On dirt roads and mountain paths, with moderate differences in altitude (+4/500 meters) N.B. Participants are required to have average experience walking on paths in the woods and not to have motor, cardiac or respiratory difficulties.
