On Friday, September 25, 2026, at 6:30 pm, the evocative Sala Marmi of Villa Carlotta will host Danze al Tramonto, a concert by the Briar Rose Quintet dedicated to the most fascinating dances of the European and South American musical traditions.
The program will take the audience on a musical journey ranging from the elegance of Joseph Haydn's compositions to Ferenc Farkas's Ancient Hungarian Dances, from Dénes Agay's Five Easy Dances to Julio Medaglia's Belle Époque in South America, and the unmistakable atmospheres of Astor Piazzolla, with Libertango, and Arie Malando, with Ole Guapa.
The concert will be an opportunity to experience Villa Carlotta in a special way: the ticket also includes access to the botanical gardens and museum starting at 4:30 pm. We invite you to arrive early and enjoy the beauty of the garden and the Lake Como landscape before the music begins.
