On Saturday, August 16th, treat yourself to a special Ferragosto (August 15th) at Villa Della Porta Bozzolo (Casalzuigno, VA), one of FAI's jewels nestled in the green Valcuvia. A day dedicated to relaxation, discovering the historical heritage, and enjoying conviviality amidst art, nature, and local flavors.
During the day, you can participate in special guided tours lasting approximately one hour, to learn about the history of the villa and its transformations over the centuries: from an elegant 16th-century country residence to a refined 18th-century villa of delight.
To fully experience the atmosphere of the large historic garden, you can also reserve a Picnic Box, created by Varese chef Marco Dossi, to enjoy in the shade of the park's trees. The boxes will be available for collection starting at 12:00 noon.
