From March 28 to April 26, 2026, the Pralormo Castle Park (Pralormo, Turin) reopens its gates for the 26th edition of ''Messer Tulipano,'' the extraordinary botanical event that transforms the historic park into an enchanted garden every spring.
🌷 The Park and the Blossoming
Be enchanted by a breathtaking spectacle: over 130,000 tulips dancing among the centuries-old trees of a park designed by renowned landscape architect Xavier Kurten.
Along the park's paths, you can admire the legendary black tulip ''Queen of the Night,'' the precious ''Princess Elizabeth variety, dedicated to the Queen of England, and be amazed by the evocative ''rivers'' of blue grape hyacinths sparkling next to the ponds.
For the little ones, the forest transforms into a magical kingdom with the Birds' Path, where nature is discovered through the illustrated fairy tales of the Castle's historic library.
And for a moment of pure poetry, treat yourself to a picnic under the Japanese cherry trees: in April, their blossoms transform into soft pink clouds, creating a dreamlike atmosphere.
🌟 Beyond flowers...
Messer Tulipano is also about taste and discovery.
In the area dedicated to culinary excellence and craftsmanship, you'll find select products such as artisanal honey, jams, DOC wines, natural cosmetics, and numerous plants and flowers to transform your garden into a little paradise.
For a delicious break, the park's bar-restaurant awaits with traditional dishes and local specialties. Alternatively, you can relax in the charming picnic area among the cherry trees in bloom.
🖼️ ''SOLOFIORI'' Exhibition | Curated by Marcella Pralormo
New this year is the exhibition ''SOLOFIORI,'' held in the Orangerie del Castello and curated by Marcella Pralormo, art historian, curator, and artist.
The exhibition features paintings, travel notebooks, and small sculptures dedicated to the world of flowers, created by contemporary artists active in Turin and Piedmont.
The theme of the exhibition is making a flower eternal: a journey through various artistic techniques-from watercolor to oil to sculpture-bringing together artists of different generations, from masters born in the 1940s to emerging talents.
🧒 Creative Children in Bloom | Creative Workshops for Families
Messer Tulipano is a universe of flowers, majestic trees, animals, colors, scents, and sounds: different elements that together create the wonderful scene of spring in the park.
The workshop invites children to experience the beauty of harmony through collage: paper cutouts of flowers and leaves, colorful shapes, and natural materials will become a small creative masterpiece.
At the end of the activity, each participant will take home their own souvenir of Messer Tulipano.
Age: 3 to 10 years old
