Saturday, December 20, the splendid Villa Erba in Cernobbio, the historic home of Luchino Visconti, opens its doors to the public for ''Christmas at Villa Erba,'' a day entirely dedicated to celebration, music, and entertainment, designed for families, children, teens, and adults.

★ 10:00 a.m. - Opening with students from local schools
Students from the following schools will perform in the central pavilion:
''G. Parini'' Middle School of Como
''Don Umberto Marmori'' School of Cernobbio
''Giuditta Pasta'' Music and Dance High School
The young musicians and dancers will perform a mix of Christmas songs, including instrumental, vocal, and choreographic performances, creating a sparkling atmosphere like a ''snowfall of stars.''
★5:00 PM - Como Classica
Coldplay & Queen: Christmas Experience
The afternoon continues in the central pavilion with an unmissable concert conducted by Maestro Davide Alogna, along with pianist Giuseppe Gullotta and the Milano Chamber Solist, a string quintet composed of top Italian orchestras.
The program blends rock and classical music with songs by Coldplay, Queen, magical touches by Ennio Morricone, and a thrilling Christmas finale.
★9:00 PM - DJ History
In collaboration with Ciao Como Radio, the evening continues with an irresistible DJ set that will get the audience dancing to iconic dance hits from the '80s, '90s, and 2000s.
Get ready to dance… until the stars light up the sky!
To add a touch of Scottish magic and style to the party, all guests are invited to wear tartan.
The initiative is promoted by the Province of Como, the Municipality of Como, the Como-Lecco Chamber of Commerce, and the Municipality of Cernobbio.
