September is the ideal month for walks in the garden of Villa Arconati-FAR (Castellazzo di Bollate, MI).
Every Wednesday and Friday in September at 3 p.m., there will be a special guided walk to discover the wonders of the monumental garden and some of the most beautiful rooms in the villa. The tour will allow you to visit the most representative areas of the Garden in the enchantment of the clear September days, discovering the most historically, artistically and architecturally rich corners of the Italian and French gardens, in a romantic and timeless atmosphere: the theatres dedicated to classical myths, the fountains with water features, the berceaux and much more. But a fundamental part of these special walks will also be some of the most intimate and least known areas of the Palace, which are not part of the traditional Sunday tour: the women's wing, with the private chapel of the Arconati family, the Gallery and the mysterious Alcove.
Every Sunday in September, you can visit Villa Arconati-Far, choosing between a self-guided or guided tour of the gardens and the palace.
