The 2025 season of the Youth Orchestra Festival kicks off on Thursday 19 June at the Giardini La Mortella in Forio d'Ischia. Seven evening events dedicated to symphonic music and youth orchestras. “Ribbon cutting” with the Italian premiere of the Spanish Orchestra, the “Nostrum Mare Camerata” from Valencia.
The symphonic season promoted by the Walton Foundation comes of age in the evocative setting of the Teatro Greco of the Giardini la Mortella in Ischia. Under the Artistic Direction of Caroline Howard, this year's summer program will present seven evening concerts, as per tradition dedicated to symphonic music, ranging from Iberian sounds to jazz, from musicals to an unmissable tribute to the contemporaneity of William Walton's music.
