An immersion in the woods, in the splendid setting of the Oasi Zegna in Trivero (BI), at night, to relax and regenerate in the silence of the mountain forests and to connect with nature with all our senses. As we enter the woods at sunset until the darkness illuminated by the light of the full moon, our senses will begin to sharpen more and more, discovering that in the dark the sight, sounds and smells will become more and more accentuated. The woods wake up at night having the possibility of meeting the animals of the undergrowth, nocturnal birds and more.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ROUTE
Medium difficulty. On dirt roads and mountain paths, with moderate differences in altitude (+4/500 meters) N.B. Participants are required to have an average habit of walking on paths in the woods and not to have motor, cardiac or respiratory difficulties.

Meeting at Locanda Bocchetto Sessera. On the Turin-Milan, take the Carisio exit, get to Cossato, Trivero and then climb to Panoramiche Zegna. Google Maps recommended.
EQUIPMENT TO BRING
Packed dinner, backpack, trekking shoes, technical clothing for trekking (dress in layers), windbreaker, hat, headlamp, insect repellent, 1-liter water bottle or thermos, snacks, notebook with pen, something to sit on the ground without getting wet or dirty. Wear comfortable and warm clothing appropriate for the season.
