From mid-May to the beginning of June, the Rhododendron Basin, located at the gates of the Oasi Zegna in Trivero (BI), desired by Ermenegildo Zegna and designed in the 1950s by architect Pietro Porcinai, blooms, transforming into a palette of red, pink, white and purple hues, creating an evocative explosion of colors. A feast for the eyes to which walks in the company of OverAlp nature guides are dedicated again this year.
7 appointments, starting from May 17 to June 2, during which nature guides will illustrate the phenomenon of flowering by accompanying visitors among wonderful floral specimens and open-air works of art such as Dan Graham's “Two Way Mirror/ Hedge Arabesque” created for the “All'Aperto” project promoted by Fondazione Zegna an installation that through differentiated refraction envelops visitors in a play of reflections, multiplying their gazes on the surrounding landscape and the colors ensured by the blooms.

For those who reach the Conca dei Rododendri (Località Baso) by car, it is recommended to use the parking lot located in Località Craviolo, easily reached by driving along the Panoramica Zegna towards Bielmonte. Once parked, you can reach the Conca through a comfortable and easy path through the forest.
On Saturday, May 24 and May 31, the fioriture bus, a special free connection to reach the Rhodoendri Basin, will be operating.
