Children, ages 6 to 10, are invited to participate in a special activity: the creation of a bee house with bamboo canes! The appointment is for Sunday, May 4, at 2 p.m., at Villa Carlotta in Tremezzina (CO) with the workshop entitled Bee sustainable!
A creative setup will be set up in the turret, conceived by floral designer Erica Lesti of Eflowerfarm, which will take us on a discovery of some plants that are resistant to climate change, adapt well to our latitude and are attractive to pollinating insects; and again we will discover grass ears, dried flowers and seeds, which are essential in the cold season for the supply of wildlife and insects.
The workshop is organized in collaboration with EFLOWERFARM by Erica Lesti.
Eflowerfarm is a cultivation of flowers and grasses that respects biodiversity and uses no chemicals. The seasonal flowers that are produced are used to set up sustainable events and weddings; classes are organized directly in the field with the possibility of creating one's own flower arrangement and learning about the flowers used.
Eflowerfarm promotes the importance of sustainability in this area as well.
