The Radicepura Botanical Park is back in the spotlight with the fifth edition of the Radicepura Garden Festival, a biennial Mediterranean garden festival to be held in Giarre from May 17 to December 7, 2025.
In the Radicepura Botanical Park, it will be possible to visit 10 temporary gardens and 7 permanent gardens, created with plants provided by Lighthouse Plants. The nursery-which collects 800 species and more than 5,000 varieties-represents one of the most innovative and dynamic realities in the area thanks to the activity carried out for more than 50 years by Venerando Faro, together with his sons Mario and Michele.
More than 1100 projects were submitted, witnessing a festival that has grown over the years and that marked in the last edition the presence of 50,000 visitors and 8,000 students and students.
Special guest of the fifth edition of the festival will be award-winning British landscape designer Sarah Eberle who has designed A Postcard from Sicily, an ode to the richness of the Sicilian land.
