VILLA STROBELE GARDEN
The Villa Strobele garden is open from mid-April to mid-November during the following hours:

May, September, and October: daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
June, July, and August: daily Daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
November: until mid-November from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

History

For almost forty years Arte Sella has been synonymous with art in nature, a unique creative workshop in Italy and in the world, where art has woven a continuous dialogue with the surprising nature of Val di Sella, a side valley of Valsugana, in Trentino.

Hundreds of international artists have come and gone over time, invited to interpret the spirit of the place and to return, with an original and inspired outlook of works of art in continuous transformation. The works arise from a strong relation ship that the artist establishes with the territory, with its natural characteristics but also with its social and anthropological complexity. Just it happens for every living being, the artworks are inscribed in the cycle of nature, which over the years makes them its own, transform them, and completes their development. Every season dresses the paths again with different colors and fragrances: every visit is different and brings new emotions.

Starting from this vision, Arte Sella has evolved over the years, interpreting its role as a creative hotbed listening to nature and placing itself as a powerful tool initially available to a small Alpine community, then a much wider audience, to imagine a possible future scenarios and possibile relationship between man -nature.

Arte Sella has thus become an open-air museum integrated throughout the Val di Sella and made up of three connecting exhibition routes.

How to get here

By car
You can reach Borgo Valsugana by SS 47 and it is approximately 35 km from Trento and about 100 km from Padua.

By plane
The Nearest Airports are the ''Catullo'' of Verona and the ''Marco Polo'' of Venice. A bus service connects both airports to the railway stations of Verona Porta Nuova or Venezia Santa Lucia.
Borgo Valsugana is served from the Trento-Venice railway.

By train
Line Trento / Bassano / Venezia, Borgo Valsugana Centro stop

Parking
- Car parks are located along the SP 40 Val di Sella road from the ''Al Legno'' restaurant and in the vicinity of Villa Strobele;
 - At the end of the Val di Sella, about 15 minutes from the Malga Costa area, is the last car park: 50 parking spaces.

By bike
During the summer you can hire the electric bicycles to reach Val di Sella from Borgo Valsugana.
